I so love the fall.

Spent all morning and (so far) all afternoon cutting grass and bagging leaves in the back yard.

Luckily both can be done at the same time, but I can only cut about 100 feet (if that) before I have to empty the grass catcher. And Sally helped all morning taking care of the bagging chores, but she went to a birthday party after lunch and I'm finishing up alone.

There's just nothing like blowing your nose and everything coming out dead leaf brown. /sarcasm

I told her this morning that I'm calling the yard service and finding out what they'll charge to cut the grass and handle the leaves next year, and if I can buy a rider mower for the same amount of money, I'm buying the rider. Surprisingly enough, she said "sounds good to me". (We've had this argument before...)

Hopefully it won't rain next weekend and I can get my prospective nephew-in-law to come down and help me with the gutters...and shoot a few at the range while we're at it.
